1.2 Physical Appointments:

We also provide physical appointments where you can visit our clinic in person for consultation and treatment. These appointments are subject to availability and require advance booking.

2. Appointment Booking and Payment:

2.1 Booking Process:

2.2 Payment:

For virtual appointments, advance payment is required to confirm your booking. For physical appointments, we accept both advance payments and in-person payments. 2.3 Cancellation and Refunds:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to cancellation fees.
